    I never cared much for fudge. It’s too overwhelmingly sweet. I love this, though. It’s my own recipe. Everyone get ready to get in touch with your inner chocolate.

    Dark Fudge

    In a large saucepan, combine:

    3 cups sugar
    3/4 cup butter
    2/3 cup evaporated milk

    Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. (To 234 degrees)

    Remove from heat. Add 12 ounces (squares) UNSWEETENED baking chocolate and 7 ounces of marshmallow creme. Stir until completely melted. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and stir well. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan and spread evenly. When cool, cut into very small squares.
