    Cowboy Soup

    2 pounds ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can mixed vegetables
    1 can ranch beans
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    1 package Spanish rice, precooked
    3 cans beef broth
    8 ounces tomato sauce

Brown burger and onion together until well cooked. Drain well. Add the remaining ingredients. Do not drain any of the vegetables. Heat soup to a simmering point and cook for about 15 minutes.
You can add more broth if you like a thinner soup.
