1 (36 ounce) bottle ketchup (Heinz)
3 tablespoons steak sauce (A-1)
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup lemon juice concentrate
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or to taste
1 teaspoon Kosher or Sea salt
Squeeze ketchup into a Large mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and whisk well.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
