    Homemade Chili

    9 lbs. Ground Beef
    3 cups Dehydrated Onion Flakes
    1 #10 can Diced Tomatoes
    1 #10 can Tomatoe Paste wo/salt
    8 #10 cans Pinto Beans
    1/3 cup + 2 tsp table salt
    1 cup Chili Powder
    1/4 cup Ground Cumin
    1/4 cup Garlic Powder
    2 qts. + 2 cups Hot Water
    1 cup Green Peppers, chopped

    Brown ground beef, drain. Make sure hamburger crumbles are small & have no pink meat.
    Add onions & cook 5 more minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients, cover & simmer until flavors are well blended.
    Add only enough water to keep chili from being too thick.
    Taste after simmering flavors, making sure that it’s flavorful.

    Serve HOT with shredded Cheddar Cheese on top.
