    CHERRY-MUSTARD SAUCE
    8 oz. cherry preserves
    2 TBL. soy sauce
    2 TBL. horseradish
    2 TBL. prepared (yellow) mustard

    Mix all ingredients.

    I serve this as a dipping sauce for fried shrimp, chicken nuggets or fried mushrooms.
