Lbs. Shrimp (peeled and boiled)
1 8 oz. Philly Cream Cheese
1 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tsp. Sweet Relish
2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
2 Envelopes Unflavored Gelatin
1 Can Tomato Soup
1 Large Onion
1/2 Bell Pepper
2 Tsp. Olives
1/2 Tsp. Celery Salt
Chop boiled shrimp in blender. Chop (fine) onions, bell
pepper and olives. Add celery salt. Melt tomato soup and
cream cheese on a low heat. Add mayonnaise, sweet relish
and lemon juice. After ingredients are blended remove from
heat. In a separate bowl, mix gelatin in 1/2 cup of hot water.
Immediately blend with other ingredients and blend well.
Spray mold with a non-stick spray for easy removal. Pour
mix into mold and refrigerate 4-5 hours or until set.
