    Broccoli Salad

    1 qt. + 2 5/8 cups Mayonnaise
    1 2/3 + 1/8 tsp. Sugar
    1 5/8 tsp Salt
    7/8 tsp. Pepper
    1 5/8 tsp. Distilled Vinegar
    6 lbs. Broccoli, raw
    4 lbs. + 8oz. Fresh Red Grapes, washed
    3 lbs. + 8oz. Celery, washed & chopped
    5 lbs. + 5 oz. Pineapple Tidbits, drained

    Mix together mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper & vinegar thoroughly.
    Wash & cut broccoli into bite size pieces.
    Wash & seperate chilled grapes from all stems.
    Wash & chop celery into small bite size pieces.
    Chill pineapple day before serving.
    Drain pineapple well.

    Mix broccoli, grapes & celery together.
    30 minutes before serving…if added to early it will cause the salad to become too juicy.
    Mix together pineapple with broccoli, grapes & celery, then mix in the salad dressing.
    Mix well. Serve cold.
