Log In Register Lost Password Viewing 2 posts - 1 through 2 (of 2 total) Author Posts January 12, 2007 at 3:05 pm #9161 luckyModerator Blueberry Crisp (Diabetic) 2 cups Blueberries — fresh or frozen 1 tablespoon Flour 1 tablespoon Splenda –Topping– 1/2 cup Oatmeal (slow cooking- not quick) 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 1 tablespoon Flour 1 tablespoon Splenda 2 tablespoons Butter or Margarine — melted Blend together flour and Splenda in a large bowl. Mix with blueberries and place in a 9×9 inch baking dish or pan. Topping- Mix all topping ingredients together in a large bowl. Sprinkle on top of blueberry filling in pan.
