    Blueberry Crisp (Diabetic)

    2 cups Blueberries — fresh or frozen
    1 tablespoon Flour
    1 tablespoon Splenda

    –Topping–
    1/2 cup Oatmeal (slow cooking- not quick)
    1 teaspoon Cinnamon
    1 tablespoon Flour
    1 tablespoon Splenda
    2 tablespoons Butter or Margarine — melted

    Blend together flour and Splenda in a large bowl. Mix with blueberries and
    place in a 9×9
    inch baking dish or pan.

    Topping-
    Mix all topping ingredients together in a large bowl. Sprinkle on top of
    blueberry filling in
    pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.

    Hi, I have just joined and I am pleased that I have done. This recipe is ideal for me and I love blueberries so I will be making this very soon. Thank you.
