    20 HAMBURGERS

    5 lb. ground chuck
    5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 env. Lipton’s onion soup mix
    1 c. applesauce
    3 tsp. Tabasco
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

    Make into patties. Broil, fry, or grill.
