Well, no luck on my searches for the Bojangles recipe.
You may try this one though:

1 lb. dry pinto beans
1 lg. onion, thickly sliced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 c. tomatoes
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Meat for seasoning
6 c. water
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. chopped green or red sweet pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 can Coke

Put all in a pot and cook until done.

If you can come up with the right spices let me know. I do know that they just take a gallon can of pintos and add a packet of seasoning.
