Ingredients
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup Anjou pear
- ½ cup low-fat yogurt
- ½ cup curly kale, stems removed
- 2 tablespoons organic flaxseed oil
- juice of ½ lemon
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
