Simple Broccoflower Recipe
1 head broccoflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
red pepper flakes, to taste
salt
black pepper
In large pot of boiling water, cook Broccoflower until tender-crisp, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and transfer to large bowl.
While Broccoflower is cooking, saute the garlic in the olive oil for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes.
Pour over cooked Broccoflower and toss to combine.
Serves 6

This is a nice dish, It is prepared in quick time, which is very healthy. Oil used for this dish is very healthy. This is not a rich fat content dish, which will be liked by all people.
It is the simplest dish to prepare which involves very less time. It is very much having more nutritional value. It will liked bu all people.
