1 head broccoflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
red pepper flakes, to taste
black pepper

In large pot of boiling water, cook Broccoflower until tender-crisp, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and transfer to large bowl.

While Broccoflower is cooking, saute the garlic in the olive oil for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes.

Pour over cooked Broccoflower and toss to combine.
