mustard greens

1 pound mustard greens, washed very well and torn into large pieces
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil

In a large saute pan, saute onions in olive oil over medium heat until the onions begin to caramelize, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook a minute more.  Do not burn the garlic.
Add the mustard greens and broth and cook until the mustard greens are slightly wilted. Toss with sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
