Giveaway Time! Get a 10″ Non Stick Skillet…
It has been awhile since I ran a giveaway on here and since I was recently given a few non-stick skillets to try out, I figured I would offer it to my readers. I have been using one of these skillets for the past week and I have been very happy with how my food doesn’t stick which allows me to use less butter and oil. The non-stick pan also makes for easy clean up.
It is super easy to enter into this giveaway. Just visit the contest page.
One lucky winner will receive a 10-inch Non-Stick Teflon Skillet.
The winner will be selected at random on Monday, September 6, 2010.
I need a new skillet so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. 🙂 I am loving all the recipes I've tried in your cookbook. Thanks for making cooking easier and tastier.
Joyce's Chicken Gumbo Soup
4 Johnsons' Andouille spicy sausage sliced
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut in small pieces)
1 large green bell pepper chopped
3 stalks of celery chopped
1 cup frozen corn or half a can of Nibbles corn
8 cups of chicken broth
2 cups of tomato juice
1/2 C medium grain rice uncooked
Tony's Creole seasoning to taste
Bring it to a boil and lower heat to medium,
cook slowly in a covered kettle. Stir frequently so the rice
won't stick. Cook until the chicken is done
and veggies are tender. Do not add salt
it is plenty salty with the chicken broth and the
Creole seasoning. Chow
I could really use a new skillet!! thanks for the recipes
