Oven Baked Barbecue Chicken

1 whole chicken
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup ketchup
2/3 cup chili sauce
4 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 teaspoons celery seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 thin slices of lemon

In a saucepan melt the butter. Add garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
Add ketchup, chili sauce, brown sugar, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, celery seed and salt. Bring to a boil. Place chicken in a baking dish. Pour sauce over it. Top chicken with lemon slices. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour, while basting with the sauce.

    I love oven baked options, I live in apartment and BBQ is out of question, but your recipe is a nice way to go around it.
