St. Patrick’s Day is this week and I am happy to announce that the recipe forum and cookbook club are both back online. Here is a recipe from the forum thanks to our friend lucky.

1 box instant pistachio pudding
2 cups milk
2 kiwifruit, sliced
Cool Whip
green food coloring

Prepare pudding according to package directions.

When pudding is chilled, layer pudding, kiwifruit and green-tinted
Cool Whip in clear plastic cups.

Serve with green-tinted lemonade.
