1 loaf of stale garlic bread
1 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 block of Mozzarella, cut into sticks

Grind up the garlic bread in a food processor.  Transfer to a bowl.  Dredge the mozzarella sticks in the flour, then in the eggs, then in the bread crumbs.  Then, dip it back in the egg, and back into the breadcrumbs to double coat.  Heat about 1-inch of vegetable oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry the mozzarella sticks.  Serve with marinara sauce.
