2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cranberries
3/4 cup 1% milk
1 large egg
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat nine 2 1/2 inch muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray. In large bowl stir in first five ingredients until blended. In small bowl whisk remaining ingredients, add to flour mixture stir until moist. Bake 20 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean.
