I love to use this sugar on my French toast or even in my coffee.
1 vanilla bean, whole
2 cups granulated sugar
Take the vanilla bean and slice it down the side. Next, use the back of a knife and scrape the seeds into and airtight container with sugar. Bury the bean in the sugar and seal it with a lid. Let sit in a cool place for 1 to 2 weeks to allow the flavors to blend together.

Hmm.Really Very tasty article.I just love Sugar in French toast.Is it possible to make “vanilla cocoa” powder, like you can make vanilla sugar?
