Sesame Pork & Snow Pea Stir-Fry

This recipe can make great use of any leftover Chinese barbecued pork.

1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 1/4 lbs. snow peas, trimmed
2 scallions, sliced thinly
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
14 ounces Chinese barbecued pork(cooked), sliced thin

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet; stir-fry the snow peas and scallion for about 5 minutes or until tender. Add the seeds and pork to the pan and stir-fry briefly to combine.

  1. Hey that's easy to cook and make some delicious of the left overs. It also does not requires too much of time and tastes great. The sesame seeds adds a total new flavour to the pork.I added some green veggies also along with this and it tasted equally awesome. Thanks for a great recipe! I just hope the swine flu fear takes a back seat and people start eating pork.
