Chipotle Ketchup

Chipotle in AdoboAdd a little kick to your everyday ketchup with this simple recipe.

1 cup ketchup
2-3 tablespoons canned chipotle in adobo, pureed
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Whisk together ketchup, chipotle, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend together. Store for up to one week in the refrigerator.
