2 lbs lean ground beef
1 cup beef stock
1 onion; minced
4 tbs tomato sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp dried sweet basil
2 shakes Tabasco sauce
2 shakes Worcestershire

Saute beef with onion until browned. Add remaining ingredients and simmer slowly until most of the liquid has reduced. Best served on grilled buns.
