1 yellow squash
1 small onion
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons herb garden seasoning blend
1/2 cup light cream
Slice the zucchini and squash very thin. Chop the onion. Mix the zucchini and onion together in a bowl along with the cream, seasoning, half of the bread crumbs and half of the cheese. Transfer to a baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese and bread crumbs. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for about 30 minutes.
