1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 cups cake flour
3 cups raw apples, chopped

Beat eggs and then add oil and sugar. Add flour, sifted with other dry ingredients; mix well. Add apples. Mix well. Bake in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees F.
