Potato & Chives
1 1/2 lbs Russet potatoes; peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
4 cup Canned chicken broth
1 cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Chopped fresh chives
1/3 cup Sour cream
Salt and pepper
