i&#039;m relatively new to this cooking and baking stuff..and i own a microwave oven with the convection mode..so what i&#039;d like to know..is the temperature to be set at,as the maximum limit in this is 250 degrees..and the time to be set accordingly..

Finally found an easy to follow raisin cake recipe that confirms you can just chuck the raisins in with your regular cake mix.  Made a cherry cake recently (iced) and want to make a raisin alternative.  Was wondering if the milk is necessary though in this recipe?
