Oktoberfest Cucumber Salad

2 large cucumbers
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
Peel cucumbers and cut into very thin slices. Mix together vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper and pour over cucumbers. Marinate about 20 minutes. Drain off liquid, toss cucumbers with sour cream. Top with fresh parsley and serve.

Chocolate Caramel Pecan Cheesecake

2 cups Vanilla wafer crumbs
6 tbs Margarine, melted
Body:
1 14-ounce bag caramels
1 5-ounce can evaporated milk
1 cup Chopped pecans, toasted
2 pkg 8-ounce cream cheese, soften
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Base: Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degree F for 10 minutes.

1/4 cup chopped cooked ham
2 onions, sliced

This is an easy non-alcoholic drink that is great for both kids and adults!
Apple Juice
Ginger Ale
