This is really simple and yummy favorite that my mom always made when i was a Kid... Another way my mom makes pork chops is to season and brown they then bake them with canned or fresh mushrooms....

This sounds like an awesome pork chop recipe. My wife and I have a slow cooker, so we’ll try it.Another excellent way to prepare porkchops is on a very, very hot grill. Season the chops with salt and pepper and garlic powder (nothing else!). Heat your grill on high heat for ten minutes. Then throw the chops on, close the lid, and grill for four minutes per side. Take them off and enjoy.I like them better than steak! And they’re much healthier!

Trim the excess fat from the chops and use it to grease a large skillet. Over high heat, brown each chop lightly on both sides. Salt and pepper each as it finishes and place it in the slow cooker. Add the sage, and mushrooms. Pour the undiluted soup and the onion flakes into the still hot skillet.
