hey try this guacamole dip

Ingredients

    * 1 Avocado
    * 1 clove Garlic
    * 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
    * 1 pinch Black pepper, feshly cracked

Instructions
Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Scrape out all of the flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork, or use a food processor until smooth and blended. Add the lemon juice, garlic and black pepper to taste and transfer to your serving dish. It's a healthy alternative to other dips and is perfect for serving with vegetable sticks for the health-conscious.
