    * 1 bag Brown Lentils, soaked during the day
    * 2 Peeled tomatoes
    * 1 Carrot Large, chopped in chunks

    * 2 sticks Celery small, chopped
    * 1 Onion, small, chopped
    * 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
    * 2 pinches Salt
    * 1 pinch Pepper
    * Water, half pot
    * Pasta or rice if desired

Instructions
Fill a large pot with 1/2 water, putting on high heat. Rinse lentils that have been soaking all day, add to pot. Add all other ingredients to pot, bring soup to boil, then lower to a rolling boil for at least 45 minutes or an hour. Should come out thick and hearty. If prefer juicier soup, add more water or lower heat.</description>
