hey try this turkey recipe
Ingredients
    * 500 grams Turkey Mince
    * 1 carrot
    * 1 yellow zucchini
    * 1 small apple (red or green)
    * melba toast (crushed) or bread crumbs
Instructions
grate the carrot, apple and zuchinni and mix into the turkey mince in a medium bowl. Add the crumbed melba toast or bread crumbs to the mix (just for helping everything stick together). Roll mince mix into thick snakes (about the size of your pointer finger). Roll turkey fingers in remaining bread crumbs and cook/fry in shallow oil.

<!--%kramer-pre%-->by Giada, and Sean of Hedonia also tried his hand at making Giada's Turkey Cranberry Ravioli. #8 Turkey Casseroles Turkey Tetrazzini is probably the most famous type of turkey casserole, and Simply Recipes has a good version. Chef Tom Cooks hasLeftover Turkey Casserolethat sounds like it uses up a lot of the other Thanksgiving leftovers besides turkey. At Kitchen Parade Alanna has Turkey and Wild Rice Casserole.
