Ingredients 
 
    * 2 tablespoons olive oil 
    * 1 large brown onion finely chopped 
    * 750 grams mince 
    * 2x410 grams tin tomatoes 
    * 1/3 cup tomato paste 
    * 2 sticks celery finely chopped 
    * 1/2 red capsicum finely chopped 
    * 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh oregano 
    * 1 1/2 finely shredded fresh basil 
    * 1 1/2 finely chopped fresh tyme 
    * 375 grams spaghetti 
    * grated parmsian cheese 
    * Garlic ( optional) 
    * 1 litre water 
 
Instructions 
put oil in a large pan, add onion, garlic, celery and capscicum. Fry for a few minutes. You could also add any other vegtable that you like. 
Add mince and fork so that it does not clump. Once browned add the crushed tomatoes and the tomato paste to the pan, then add the water, bring to a simmer then reduce heat to low, stirring occasionally. 
cook for 135 min, then add the herbs. 
place on top of spaghetti with parmsian to taste. </description>
