Earlier this month I told you about another great blog; Janet Is Hungry is a great blog with delicious recipes and mouth watering pictures. Recently, I prepared her version of Stuffed Tomatoes and i figured, why not film it? So that I did. They came out really good, though next time I might try mixing a little breadcrumbs into the vegetable-cheese mixture. With no further delay, I now present you with my video for preparing Stuffed Tomatoes. I hope you enjoy the video, your comments are welcomed.

Great video! That was helpful because I really got to see how my recipe instructions were put into effect! I think that when I did it, I drained the reserved chopped tomato from inside a bit, so the mixture wasn’t quiet as “wet”. I guess that is a reason cookbook authors use “recipe testers”!! :-) Thanks for the plug!!

Well, I feel that was an okay demo, but you need to make sure you have a wet towel under your cutting board, so you don’t cut yourself. Your recipe seems cool, though. Good job!

Thanks for your honesty. Good call on the towel! I normally use one…however I was so busy setting up the camera, it slipped my mind. Luckily there were no accidents in the kitchen that day! Look out for my new and improved video coming soon…
