I am a huge fan of appetizer foods. Whenever I am in New York City, I go to my favorite late night spot, ZoZos, located on Orchard St. They have great fresh sandwiches, smoothies, salads and more. I always order the Fried Zucchini sticks and they serve it with a spicy Chipotle Mayonnaise. I’ve tried to recreate this mayo at home, but it never comes out right. I’ve searched online for this recipe and found many different variations. Finally, my friend Valli over at More Than Burnt Toast has come to the rescue!
