Brownie recipes are a dime a dozen these days. Everyone makes their claims, but I’m telling you now, once you try this recipe, you will agree… This is the very best brownie recipe ever ! I like to serve mine with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Care to share your favorite brownie recipe ?
Brownie
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Frosting
1 2/3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup canned evaporated milk
To prepare the brownie, mix together the butter, sugar and cocoa.
Stir in the eggs, flour, vanilla and salt; stir until combined.
Pour into a 1 inch deep baking sheet. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the brownie about 10 minutes into the baking process.
To make the frosting, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Once the brownie has cooled, spread the frosting on top.
This is what you call chocolate heaven !

To save money, can I skip the chocolade chips, and can i use margarine, normal sugar and normal milk?
Of course you can ! I just can’t guarantee that it will be the best brownie ever! lol
try this gluten free brownie recipe
Ingredients
* 1/2 cup Rice Flour
* 1/2 cup Gluten Free Plain Flour
* 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
* 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
* 1 cup Caster Sugar
* 2 eggs
* 150 grams Butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line 20 x 30cm baking tray with baking paper. Let paper hang over both ends. Sift flours,baking powder and cocoa into a large bowl. Add sugar, stir to combine. Make a well in the centre. Add eggs and melted butter. Mix until just combined. Spread mixture into pan and bake for 20 - 25min. Allow to cool in the pan. Leift from te pan cut into squares and dust with icing sugar.
