I spend many hours on the internet and I come across tons of websites and new recipes. I thought I would take some time to share a couple recipes I tried recently.
Cauliflower Spaghetti “Aglio Olio” This recipe comes thanks to Chef John of the Food Wishes blog. This is a simple recipe which features cauliflower, spaghetti and fresh garlic. I made this for dinner tonight and it was a hit ! Check out the Food Wishes blog for some great cooking videos.

That sounds great — I wonder if it would work with spagetti squash?
I’m too addicted to regular noodles to ever make it with pasta - if it’s cooked and in the house it’s near impossible for me to have just a little.
