I looked on the internet for egg free tiramiu and the ones who profess no eggs all contain sponge cake which does contain egg. This might be a problem for people who, like me, are allergic to eggs and mislead them into thinking the recipe contains no eggs.

...but the sponge cake does have eggs in it, doesn't it? what could be used to make a really no-egg recipe? I have a friend who is allergic to eggs and that would be just about perfect. Thanks!

Very nice collection of recipes! I am hosting a blog carnival for healthy recipes it you'd like to submit one you have posted here that would be great. You can read about it on my blog.

(A blog carnival is a collection of posts about a particular topic - several people contribute and then the carnival (post of all the submissions with links to their sites) is published on the hosting blog) - it is a nice way to network )

Nice. I generally prefer to stick with the "with egg" version but this seems like it would be a good alternative for vegetarians.
