Funny that despite being a hockey nut...I actually do go to culinary school. I cook very unconventionally....but as I learn more conventional habits...I am able to incorporate them into my abilities as a chef. Great site..and great recipes...I liked the country style cube steaks especially...I make a version pretty similar. Happy Birthday Tom!
