Yes, it is true. Today is my birthday. Today I am 27 years old. My girlfriend, Katie, is going to take me out to our favorite Mexican restaurant tonight.

Happy Birthday Tom! Funny that despite being a hockey nut…I actually do go to culinary school. I cook very unconventionally….but as I learn more conventional habits…I am able to incorporate them into my abilities as a chef. Great site..and great recipes…I liked the country style cube steaks especially…I make a version pretty similar.
