Jello shots–how total cool! Strikes that nostalgia twinge–like S’mores–yet with a devilish laugh. My thought is that instead of Jello brand–which is packed with hills of sugar and artificial crud–get the Knox brand gelatin packets. And use real fruit juice or homemade lemonade, etc. to compose the liquid portion. I’ll have to try this–what a great, irresistible party treat. If done with Orange and Black (licorice with Pernod?) can be a Halloween hit!
You rock, Chef Tom!
